The primary purpose of the judiciary planting at the initial level of jurisdiction is solely for reviewing the items specified in Article 11 and its subsections of CNJ Resolution No. 326, dated 26.6.2020.
Requests must be submitted solely through the State of Rio de Janeiro Judiciary Branch portal using electronic methods.
The materials specified in Article 11 of CNJ Resolution 326/2020 are the ones required for the judiciary building in TJRJ for 2023/2024.
CNJ Resolution No. 71 from March 31, 2009 is currently in effect with the described modifications.
The first and second levels of the judicial plantation are designated to handle specific matters including habeas corpus applications, arrest communications, appraisal of requests for provisional freedom, urgent representations for preventive imprisonment, search and seizure requests, and urgent civil or criminal measures.
The judicial system is not meant to repeat requests that have already been considered by the original court or on a previous occasion, nor to reconsider them or extend authorization for phone tapping.
Urgent measures involving the deposit of money or valuables can only be authorized in writing by the appropriate court and must be carried out during regular banking hours by an authorized court official or other designated authority upon explicit authorization from the judge.
Requests for withdrawing money or valuables or releasing seized goods will not be accepted during the plantation.

On holidays and weekends from December 21 to 25 and December 28 to 31, 2024, and January 1, 4, and 5, 2025, the Electronic Daytime Judicial Plant will operate in the Capital District from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, following a schedule determined by the Presidency to handle criminal cases.
During the specified days, the judiciary staff, along with the Justice Officers stationed at the warrant offices or NAROJA, must adhere to a planted regime to fulfill required tasks and duties. Additionally, two on-site staff members from the designated Judges’ Serventias must be present for the daily squad activities in the Capital, as determined by the practicing Magistrates.
Plant breaks during the day in the capital on weekdays
The Diurnal Plantation in the capital during weekdays will operate from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM as stated in Article 4 of the Joint Normative Act no. 11/2024.
On the specified dates in December 2024 and January 2025, the Forensic Recess Day Plant will operate in the Capital District from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with judges and staff on duty as scheduled.
The magistrates and servers assigned to the plantation will work in person at the 2nd Special Civil Court of the Capital District (Room 102 D) and the 23rd Special Civil Court of the Capital District (Room 110 D), both situated on the first floor of the Capital Central Forum.
Magistrates and officials handling civil matters will work in the 2nd Special Civil Court of the Capital District, while those dealing with criminal cases will work in the 23rd Special Civil Court of the Capital District.
The Justice Officers must stay on duty to follow specific measures and procedures.

Judicial Plant during the Forensic Recess 2024/2025: Second Instance of the TJRJ
Executive Order No. 192/2024 sets out the guidelines for the operation of the Second Instance Judiciary during the legal recess.
During the holiday break from December 20, 2024, to January 6, 2025, the judges will follow the schedule set by the Presidency to review specific materials as outlined in CNJ Resolution No. 326/20.
The Shippers will be designated in descending order of age, starting from the most recently established night squad.
Permutations arranged by the parties involved must be communicated in writing to the Presidency at least 72 hours in advance.

During the holiday period from December 20 to 30, 2024, and January 2 to 6, 2025, four Shippers will be assigned to work from 11:00 to 18:00 to review the hours submitted during the specified opening hours.
The allocation of responsibilities between Civil and Criminal jurisdictions will be determined through mutual agreement among the Landers. If no agreement is reached, the first and third junior managers will handle criminal cases, while the second and fourth will handle civil cases in order of seniority.
The Embargators will decide among themselves how to divide the work. If they cannot agree, the division will be based on one task for each Deembargator, starting with the most recent one, following the order of task distribution.
If the optional point is activated on the specified working day in this act, the scale will remain unchanged as originally presented.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, two Embargators will be assigned to work a 24-hour shift starting at 11:00, following the same schedule without interruption.
The Deembargators will determine the allocation of tasks among themselves. In case of disagreement, the tasks will be distributed based on an expedient for each Deembargator, starting with the most recent, following the sequence of expedient distribution.
How will the Secretaries and Assistants of the 2nd Degree function during the Forensic Recess of 2024/2025?
The operation of the Second-Degree Judges’ Secretariats is governed by Article 4 of Executive Act No. 195/2023 of the TJRJ.
The Secretariats of the designated Judges will work in person during the planting period on weekdays, processing received documents until 6:00 pm and following decisions, transferring any pending tasks to the following day or night.
How will customer service for the audience operate?
There will be no in-person attendance in the 2nd grade of TJRJ, and it will be conducted solely through the virtual platform.
